How to get a CBT account

If you still don't know, GM Tristan and Wauks are giving away CBT accounts. Check the blog links for their websites. Since CBT was delayed, I'm sure they'll give away more CBT accounts since they both said "We'll be giving away CBT accounts up until the start of CBT" or something like that.
